Men of Greatness Presents
A twelve-week cohort for faith-driven men who are done with the drift.
Three phases. Nine projects. One man on the other side.
Does This Sound Familiar?
You're not in crisis.
But you're not okay.
The business works.
The reputation is intact.
And still — something is off.
You feel it in the truck.
In the shower.
After you snap at your wife.
After another quiet promise dies by Thursday.
You are not falling apart.
You are drifting.
The Thesis
The drift creates the gap.
Small compromises, one at a time. No dramatic fall. No single decision. Just a slow pull away from God, from his wife, from his calling — until the distance is real.
The Promise
In 12 weeks, you will identify where your life has drifted, close the first real gaps in faith, marriage, body, and calling, and become the kind of man who stops carrying it alone.
The Path
Weeks 1–4
Settled Identity
Name the drift. Audit the foundation. Rebuild from identity in Christ, not performance. Declare who you are in front of brothers.
Weeks 5–8
Known Connection
Break the silence. Disclose to brothers. Initiate with your wife. Pursue your kids on their terms. Stop carrying it alone.
Weeks 9–12
Clear Calling
Reclaim your body. Name your calling. Install the weekly rhythm that keeps the drift from sneaking back in.
The Journey
Every week has a project. Every project has an outcome. Nothing is vague.
Grounded in Faith
Weeks 1–4 · Settled Identity
Name the drift
You see exactly where you are misaligned before we do a single thing to fix it.
Find the real foundation
You see where your worth is actually coming from — not where you know it should.
Install the anchor
A daily practice that gets identity in place before performance begins.
Speak it in the room
You declare who God says you are in front of brothers. Phase One closes.
Authentic in Action
Weeks 5–8 · Known Connection
Break the silence
You say the true thing to another man and stay in the room when it lands.
Initiate with your wife
One honest move toward her — not logistics, real presence.
Go to your kids
You know what lights them up and you enter it. On their terms.
Identify the lever
One highest-leverage action in each arena. You execute all four.
Purposeful in Pursuit
Weeks 9–12 · Clear Calling
Set the physical standard
A simple, honest commitment to your body — posted to brothers for accountability.
Name what you are for
Your calling is confirmed in writing. One clear next step identified and taken.
Write the covenant
Your personal standard is spoken aloud. Brothers are given permission to hold it.
Install the rhythm
The program closes. The rhythm does not. Brothers witness who you became.
The program closes.
The rhythm does not.
What You Get
We meet every week for twelve group coaching calls, so the work does not stay private, vague, or theoretical.
Who This Is Not For
The man in active crisis.
If your marriage is in freefall or there's been a recent moral failure, you need a counselor before you need this room. That is not shame. That is order.
The man who wants to be fixed while staying comfortable.
Nine projects across twelve weeks. You will have to show up, do the work, and be honest.
The man who wants brotherhood without God.
Identity in Christ is the anchor everything hangs from here. If that feels optional to you, we'll be misaligned from week one.
But if you are established, self-aware, and honest enough to stop pretending — this was built for you.
The Guarantee
Show up. Do the work. Be honest in the room.
If you do those three things for twelve weeks and you are not clearer on exactly where your life has drifted and already taking real steps to close the gap — I will buy it back from you. Every dollar.
You bring the man. I will handle the rest.
The first two men who commit get a private GAP Session with Ryan before the cohort starts.
